*Appointments
While pre-booked appointments are always best, walk-in appointments are often available!
Try to allow up to two weeks’ notice when booking large parties, multiple services and packages.

*Cancelations
When canceling, please allow a courteous 24 hour advance notice to ensure your ability to pre-book in the future.

*Kids in the Salon
Many of us are mommies, and we all love our kids. However services take time and focus, and your time in the salon will be more enjoyable without little ones to worry about… Please try to make other arrangements for their (and our) comfort!  Thank you!

*Salon Experience
We are a fun loving, people-person salon. While we maintain quiet within the spa portion of our salon, the creative front of our salon is usually bustling with fun, laughter and conversation. We hope you’ll join us!

*Cell Phones
We strive to provide an enjoyable atmosphere for you. In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you please turn your cell phones to silent or vibrate while you are having services done. Thank you for your cooperation!
