After encouragement from his friends, Josh became enrolled in The Palomar Institute of Cosmetology and was licensed in 2005. He joined Studio 158 that same year and began as an assistant to Master Stylist and Owner, Julianne. He has continued to develop his expertise and now works for himself.

Josh has attended many ongoing education classes hosted by Studio 158 and has trained with Sexy Hair Concepts, where he is now an educator. He teaches all around San Diego at various hair shows and has traveled internationally to train as well. He is working toward his desire to be one of Sexy Hair’s Platform Artists as well as continuing to grow his clientele within Studio 158.

He offers haircuts and coloring services, specializes in men’s haircuts and works great with children, too.

A perfectionist, Josh is attentive to the client’s needs and is open to new ideas. His clients view him as entertaining, fun, and down to earth. Josh is a talented stylist with an excellent work ethic who likes challenges and keeps a positive mindset.
