Jesse was virtually born a hairstylist.  She first styled her dolls and then anyone who would sit still ~ even toting a scrapbook of “before and afters” of all her work!  Jesse attended Palomar Institute of Cosmetology following high school and became licensed in 1995. 
           
She was hired first as an assistant to Julianne Jones at a local salon and continued to work with her there over the next 4 years.  Then, in the year 2000 Julianne purchased Studio 158 and Jesse has been an integral part of this salon ever since.  Her maturity, balance, and love for people, along with her ability to see beyond the exterior have enhanced her as a master stylist.

She has continued in advanced education, including business building, and holds certificates for corrective color with Redken, permanent straightening with Chi, and “We Run With Scissors” with Paul Mitchell.  Jesse has participated in many of the offsite productions Studio 158 has sponsored, including styling for many photo shoots, fashion shows and various community events.

Jesse offers haircuts, color, dimensional color, relaxers, permanent straightening, formal occasion, up-dos, and facial waxing.  She has exceptional talent in color, curly hair and permanent straightening.

Although Jesse has a well-established clientele, she does continue to take new clients as she is able.  Her clients appreciate her creativity, honesty and her strong work ethic.  Her ultimate goal as a stylist, as in life, is to help people reach their highest self.  She has a gift of helping others see the beauty within themselves, especially when they are not even aware of what they possess.
